In this exercise, we were supposed to write about an activity that we participate in daily and write about it to help us write our artifact essays by using verbs and adjectives to describe the activity without explicitly saying it.
I am in the bed, patiently waiting for time to pass by and for me to go to my favorite place now. I put on the black piece of clothing which snatches all the fat on my upper body that I am insecure about. I put on my sweatpants, fill up my water bottle and get ready to go. As I climb up the hill, I start to feel myself sweat whilst the wind and the cold attack me at every corner but I still go on. I finally reach the top of the hill, and I continue until I reach my destination. I’ve made it. I store my clothes where it is safe and fill my water bottle. I look myself in the mirror as I start my battle. I walk up the two flights of stairs both dreading but excited about what I am going to face today. I wait until it is my turn and I enter the battlefield. Today, I am entering with 30 minutes. I get my weapons ready and GO!
